Be sure to include your order number in the subject line. Our corporate office
is unable to help you with your order questions, nor can they accept phone orders.

Why don't we accept
phone inquiries?
The bottom line is that email is far more efficient for us and for you, our customer.
We have chosen to use email because we realize that people lead busy lives and
we can’t always reach them with return calls. By using email, we are able to keep
better track of your needs and wants, find an answer for you and get right back
to you in a simple message.
Why don't we have "24/7" customer service?
We have seriously thought of hiring one of those 24/7 customer service companies,
but frankly, as customers ourselves, we are not always pleased with their capabilities.
Thoughts are misconstrued, phone reps don’t always know the products, or stock
availability nearly as well as the warehouse staff, and many times, the customer
ends up in a sea of automated, voice mail routers. They just can’t give a customer
the answers, or proper help that they need. (Can a service rep in Iowa, or India,
run to the back of our warehouse to check if that bikini top, blue, size XS is
coming in soon, answer a unique, fit question, or make certain concessions in
our company policy when necessary?) We do not want to advertise extraordinary,
24/7 phone service, if in fact, we can’t give it to you. (And honestly, we don’t
know many companies that can.) We always want to provide you with the best service
possible…not empty promises, so please feel free to email us with any questions that you might have.

at Tropi-Ties are placed onto a secure server. This means that all of your personal
and credit card information is encrypted before it is passed on to us. This
makes it much more difficult for someone to find and misuse your data. When
you are placing an order with Tropi-Ties, you will notice a golden lock or key
down at the bottom of your screen on the order page.(If you are using MS Internet Explorer.) This tells you that you are on a secure page. If you
leave that page and continue shopping, you may receive a notice that you are
no longer on a secure page. Please don't worry, your order page with your information
is still secure, but for speed in navigating, the catalog product pages are
not. If you return back to the order page, you will find yourself on a secure
page again. (Just check for the lock or key at the bottom of the screen.)
