We want you to be completely happy with your order from us. We accept the return or exchange of NON- DISCOUNTED OR NON-SALE items within 30 days of purchase. We will also allow the return of regular priced items for which a Tropi-Ties coupon code was used. An $8 restocking fee will apply to all returns, however, exchanges will be made free of charge. (We regret having to impliment this restocking fee. We did not charge a fee for many years, but recently, we had so many people abuse the return policy that we were forced to make the change.)

If you need to return or exchange your purchase from Tropi-Ties, please fill out the form provided in your packaging. Don't forget to include your credit card# and expiration date so that we can credit your account. Please make sure of the following:

1. The product is in the condition that we sent it to you, with tags still intact.

2. There are no smoke odors.

3. No perfumes, or fabric deodorizers have been used on the product. (Perfumes can damage the fabrics.)

4. The tags and panty guards are still intact. (Legally, we are not allowed to accept any swimwear or lingerie that has the panty guard removed.)

Anything sent to us in unsaleable condition, will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Please note that sale items, as well as thong and G-string bikinis are NON RETURNABLE. Sale items are items that have been marked down from their regular price You will see this noted in the catalog price on the web site. Example: "Regular Price: $79.00, Sale Price: $49.00." This policy does not pertain to the use of a coupon/discount code, unless the item is already on sale. Non-sale items for which a coupon code was used can still be returned, or exchanged.

Credits for returned items to Tropi-Ties are usually made within 30 days of our receipt of the return. We will be happy to drop you an email when the credit is issued. Once the return is complete, please allow several days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Sorry, we are not able to refund any shipping costs or gift wrapping charges. We can not reimburse for delivery charges or insurance paid by the customer to return the item via US Postal Service, UPS delivery, FedEx delivery, or any other delivery service, nor can we accept CODs.

We highly recommend that when return something by way of the US Postal Service, you pay a little extra and as for, "Delivery Confirmation," on your package. This way you will be able to make sure that the package has arrived at our warehouse safely.
